NOTICE: We have an urgent request from the Chamber to assist in the event on Sunday August 2nd. There “group” who had promised to assist backed out. Below is the details, please let me know ASAP if we can assist as a group and who will be able to take first part of day and second part (2:00 break)! Attached is the map for event day
Event is Sunday August, 2nd
We are hoping to have all volunteers on site by 10:30 AM for preparation and to mitigate people attempting to arrive early.
We are needing to fill 5-7 traffic control spots for the day (8-12 volunteers would be best so that rotations can happen to avoid heat exhaustion.)
We will provide food, water, and snacks for all volunteers.
First cars are scheduled for 12:00 PM
